Account and Associated Data Deletion

Request Account Deletion via Email

You can request account and all associated data deletion by sending an email to rednerapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your registered email address
• Your organization name
• Confirmation that you want to delete your account and all associated data

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Account information: Your organization name, email address, and account settings
• API keys: All generated API keys will be revoked and deleted
• Job records: All processing job records and metadata
• Media files: All uploaded media files and processing results
• Webhook configurations: All webhook URLs and secrets
• Usage data: API usage logs and statistics

What Data Will Be Retained

For legal and regulatory compliance, the following data will be retained:

• Billing records: Transaction history, invoices, and payment records will be retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations
• Aggregated analytics: Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to your account

This retained data does not contain any personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify you or your organization.

Important Considerations Before Deleting

Before deleting your account, please consider the following:

• Unused balance: Any remaining balance in your account will be forfeited. We recommend using your balance or requesting a refund before deletion (subject to our refund policy).
• Active API keys: All API keys will be immediately revoked, which may cause disruptions to any applications using them.
• Processing jobs: Any in-progress jobs will be cancelled and cannot be recovered.
• Data recovery: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Make sure to download any important results before proceeding.

Timeline for Data Deletion

The data deletion process follows this timeline:

• Immediate: Account access is revoked, and API keys are deactivated
• Within 24 hours: Account information and settings are deleted
• Within 7 days: All media files and processing results are permanently deleted from our servers
• Within 30 days: All job records and usage data are permanently deleted
• Retained indefinitely: Billing records (as required by law)
